Amazing experience from initial call to pulling out of the lot! I was in a less than ideal situation under water on my Mercedes and sick of paying exorbitant amounts in maintenance and repairs (not to mention the time it took for parts). I genuinely felt Tom and Chaun did everything they could to lessen the blow of my trade in and get me into a new explorer. I never felt taken advantage of, hurried, or pressured and left feeling both relieved and excited to have my new car. Even in finance, everything was thoroughly explained and because of their extended warranty I feel that much more protected in the occasion anything should happen. At age 61 I have bought many many vehicles, I can honestly say that this was the best, most honest, and painless transaction I’ve ever had buying a new vehicle.

At first it wasn’t so good. There was a misunderstanding about the warranty and time frames and it made me really upset. The vehicle was purchased at another dealership but because it was still under the manufacturer warranty, it had to go to ford. I let them know my disappointment and thought ford was better than that. To my surprise, a little over an hour later I got a call from them and they apologized and were absolutely fantastic. They kept me updated every step of the way, made sure i had access to transportation, worked around my schedule, and were always available to answer any questions when I called. I had been having an issue with my breaks as well, but was so overwhelmed I forgot to mention it. When I picked the vehicle up, they told me they noticed it and went ahead and fixed it, covered under warranty! They went the extra mile and I appreciate that. When I picked up my vehicle, my service advisor made it a point to come over to the checkout window to explain everything and answer all my questions. Really great service.

Dealership always does a good job. I would really appreciate it if a long with the servicing my truck was washed when done. Most every other dealership does this but when I asked about it the service manager told me they didn't have time.

Derek in service is fantastic. We just bought a nice low mileage edge. It just happened that the water pump went out right after we bought it. (Cars break, that what they do once and awhile) Derek made sure we didn't have to come out of pocket for it, and took care of everything. Super nice guy. Oh, Sales guy, Arthur was fantastic as well! Highly recommend the sales and service folks here. (Not the body shop though..that's another story)

Dropped my car off for service yesterday and took a quick look around the lot. Melody Arquillo came out to offer help. Found a car that interested me and seemed like a great deal. In general from past experiences, I absolutely disliked the process of buying a new car-the length of time involved in the process, having to sit through add on product lectures, masculine predominance, etc. From the get-go Melody made this as painless as possible AND I had fun talking with her! It was refreshing to buy from a female car sales person who shares similar outlooks. She explained much of the new vehicle technology and made me aware of some neat things about other Ford products.(future truck purchase?)
