I was looking to purchase a truck today I was waiting on them to respond they told me they would first thing in the morning they did not and then they sold the truck. They wasted my time without a care to sell the truck right from underneath you

Lian was very easy to work with when we went to trade an older van in on a Ford Transit Cargo Van. Did all the paperwork on line and they delivered the van and picked up the trade in.

I had been to about 3 dealerships before giving Jared Scott Ford a chance. It was so refreshing to make a call and get someone kind and as patient as Lian Rodriguez. He scheduled a same day appointment. I was only interested in the OTD price because I had been to previous dealerships only to discover that the added fees would be 3k-5k. The price that Lian gave over the phone was the same exact price listed on the website. When I arrived to my appointment, I didn't think that I would be driving off of the lot with anything because of my previous experiences with other dealerships.. but I did. The entire process was efficient and hassle free. I didn't feel pressured through it. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car whether its used or brand new. Positive aspects -- atmosphere and genuine interaction throughout the entire experience. Negative points --- NONE! If you are in the market, or just window shopping, take the time to visit Jorge Gorra (clone him as a salesperson) and Jeff Camara at Jarrett-Scott. They took the time to learn the specifics of what I was looking for and provided some advice that was spot-on in regards to differences between models of the 2026 Bronco I was focusing on. Additionally, the trade-in value offers were fair and within the ballpark of what a customer can obtain for themselves on-line. Lastly, Joe Picos made the finance and contract signing a breeze. Others in the team, like the receptionist and Josh (helped get Nav and Connectivity fully functioning) were a pleasure to interact with. Don't wait --- Go See JORGE~
