Positive aspects -- atmosphere and genuine interaction throughout the entire experience. Negative points --- NONE! If you are in the market, or just window shopping, take the time to visit Jorge Gorra (clone him as a salesperson) and Jeff Camara at Jarrett-Scott. They took the time to learn the specifics of what I was looking for and provided some advice that was spot-on in regards to differences between models of the 2026 Bronco I was focusing on. Additionally, the trade-in value offers were fair and within the ballpark of what a customer can obtain for themselves on-line. Lastly, Joe Picos made the finance and contract signing a breeze. Others in the team, like the receptionist and Josh (helped get Nav and Connectivity fully functioning) were a pleasure to interact with. Don't wait --- Go See JORGE~

Good service

This is the 3rd Vehicle I buy from this dealership. My sales person Joshua was amazing I love working with everyone there, Micheal was also amazing. He walked me through everything and also help me save a little bit of more money. That is always a plus. Joshua was Never Pushy. Even though it took me several weeks to decide he was still very tentative. I will definitely recommend Jarrett Scott Ford. they have a loyal customer in me.

We just purchased our fourth vehicle from Jarrett Scott Ford and once again, we received outstanding service, this time from salesperson 'Caleb". He greeted us with a warm, friendly smile and made us feel comfortable and appreciated as customers. Caleb was very professional and knowledgeable while being very patient while answering our many questions. By the way, we purchased a 'new' 2025 Bronco Sport (we LOVE it!). He definitely brought great credit upon himself and to JSF (he is definitely an asset to the dealership as far as we are concerned). The gentleman at the finance/administration department was also awesome! Again, an overall fantastic experience, and their (JSF's) consistent great customer service and vehicle selections are reasons why we are repeat/loyal customers. Sales (Raidel) was amazing, patient and kind with me as I had some apprehension with getting rid of my vehicle for sentimental reasons. Joe in finance was fantastic as well, helped me get good pricing, and explained warranties very thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. Great experience.

Dell and the team were amazing. They were fully transparent and did not waste my time, which I'm extremely appreciative of. That's rare in this industry, from my experience, having purchased more than 25 new vehicles in my lifetime. The dealership has a very comforting effect, and I could tell that the team is passionate about their products, industry, and the customers they serve. Even though Jarrett Ford in Plant City is out of my way, I'll make every attempt to go through them and Dell for service and any future Ford purchases. Truly a pleasurable experience. Thank you!

We found this beauty here at Jarrett Ford and when we went in , it was a smooth test drive , smooth process, our sales person Mr. Kent was very polite , our finance manager - Joe, was able to break things down and address our needs to come to an agreement and make financing hassle free. The concierge pick up and delivery is very convenient! It used to take my wife and I and two cars to take one in and to pick it up when done. Now we can both have our cars serviced and we can stay working. It’s a great service and hope it continues. Beverly is a great service advisor and we trust her and Jarrett Scott Ford!
