Great mobile service at a reasonable price! Not having to drive to the dealership and wait around for the service to get done is worth the few extra bucks for the service. The tech was on-time, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. Will definitely be using them again!

I found the car I wanted thru the Ford website, it was coming to Jarrett Scott Ford of Plant City. Lucky me!!! After having a negative experience with another Florida dealership, I couldn’t be more pleased with Jarrett Scott Ford of Plant City. They were friendly, professional down to earth and respected me the entire transaction. Everything they had agreed to over the phone and thru email is exactly what this dealership came thru with. The day we went to sign the paperwork and pick up the car, it started to heavily downpour. I wanted to wait for the rain to pass, which took about a hour. No one rushed us. They said, “ we could stay all day until I was ready”! This showroom was smaller than what I was normally used to, but filled with friendly smiling faces wishing me congratulations! It was hard to take it all in since I was nervous with such a big purchase. I really want to thank Rachel and Josh for being so great getting me to the finish line. The finance guy was so knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He made it simple to transfer my plate and also order a new specialty plate. We bought a new Ford Bronco Sport Heritage 2026 in Robins Egg Blue with a sunroof. She’s a beauty!!! If you are interested in a Ford car and want a good no pressure dealership, definitely go to Jarred Scott Ford of Plant City! They made it easy peasy!

Steven Kirby was my sales rep and I want to give him kudos for being transparent and accommodating. I have a crazy busy work schedule so finding time to drive an hour+ to the dealership was challenging but Steve was very flexible and patient, worked with me remotely, sent me videos and photos, and was able to get me into my 2026 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport without me having to leave my house. What I love about this dealership is the transparency from beginning to end. There wasn't any "we can't let our cars leave the lot without x, y, or z". This is how car buying should be! We will be buying another car in the near future and will be returning to this dealership 100%.

I travel extra distance to avoid other closer dealers and it is *so* worth the extra 10+ miles to go to Plant City. The people are down to earth, know the system and how to work with it. I have yet to meet someone cranky or chaotically overworked. Even if they are super busy or overworked, they don't act stressed out or pass it on to the customer. In general it feels like a small family business, even if it's a larger network. Receptionist, interns, finance, service manager, parts department, all good. It feels honest and I trust them. I *rarely* write reviews. That is how much I like them.

Dell Cook was friendly, professional, and took the time to ask what we were specifically looking for in a vehicle. He listened carefully to our needs and did an excellent job finding the perfect Explorer for us. The finance process was smooth and easy. Joe Picos explained the different warranty options without ever being pushy, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great car-buying experience from start to finish. From my initial contact to my final purchase the entire experience was stress free and upfront. I purchased my 2025 Mach E GT from Josh Phares... a true gentlemen and respectful salesman. Josh worked with me over the phone and through text as I was over an hour away. The vehicle was in transit when I reached out and Josh was honest and transparent but wanted to make sure he had eyes on it before spending any time going over details. After a few calls over the holiday weekend we locked in the deal and I drove over to Plant City from orlando. The dealership was clean, all of the staff were friendly and they had the car detailed and pulled up to the front for me. I also had the pleasure of working with Kamal Brohmi who worked hard to get me the best financing rates, reaching out to multiple banks. Chaun the General Manager also came out after to shake my hand and thank me for my business and have some casual conversation and complimented how sharp my vehicle was. I bought a new truck from here and could not have been happier with the experience. I drove over 3 1/2 hours to pick up the truck (I was able to a higher trim level vehicle at the same price as lower trim levels at big city dealerships) and because I was traveling so far, I wanted to make sure everything was in place before getting there. My sales Rep, Oliver Salcines, was super helpful making sure everything went smoothly. He kept me updated with price changes on the truck, handled my trade, worked the deal and had all the paperwork ready to go when we showed up. We were in and out in about an hour. This a smaller dealership but they treat you right and their inventory is just as good as the big city dealers. The drive was worth it, and I would recommend this dealership and especially Oliver to anyone one looking for a New or even New to Them Vehicle. Thanks Oliver.
