I want to give a huge shout out to three employees in particular at Jarrett Scott Ford. Hugo was my salesman and he was great, consistently quick to respond, and answered all of my questions. Al, the Internet Manager, really helped us put a deal together and make it worth my while to come all the way from Murrells Inlet South Carolina. I finished the transaction with Alex in finance, who gave me numerous options on term, protection, and even the best local spot to grab a bite to eat. I flew down to Tampa Intl and was picked up prior to the dealership even opening. Overall, I had an excellent experience, and would recommend anyone to go see Hugo, Al, and Alex and Jarrett Scott Ford.

First time customer: everyone was helpful and sharing tips they knew about my new 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT. Izzy was knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we got the car we wanted. We would highly recommend Jarrett Scott Ford of Plant City. In fact, we already recommended them to our family members, even though the dealership is an hour away. Our experience was fabulous for a car dealership. Evelio was our sales contact. He was great!...not your typical used car salesman. He was courteous, interested in what was important to us in a vehicle, and very helpful...not pushy at all. We never felt pressured that we 'must buy now'. Jeff, the sales manager, was also very helpful and worked with us on the price. The finance went smooth too. Alex, the finance manager, helped us get the best package that met our needs. We felt valued, as though we were all on the same team. Jarrett Scott Ford of Plant City is a dealership you want to check out if you are looking for a vehicle. They treat you well. We will definitely be going back for our future car needs.

Excellent small town dealership where you know the names of the sales and the service people who work there, They have always been professional and fair to work with.

Test drove a few used cars and found one the wife loved. No high pressure sales tactics and the staff were all super friendly. If you are in need of a used car, I'd check this place out.
