Amazing experience from initial call to pulling out of the lot! I was in a less than ideal situation under water on my Mercedes and sick of paying exorbitant amounts in maintenance and repairs (not to mention the time it took for parts). I genuinely felt Tom and Chaun did everything they could to lessen the blow of my trade in and get me into a new explorer. I never felt taken advantage of, hurried, or pressured and left feeling both relieved and excited to have my new car. Even in finance, everything was thoroughly explained and because of their extended warranty I feel that much more protected in the occasion anything should happen. I walked in at 5:30p and left just shy of 8p, that in itself deserves 10 stars! Thank you all again for restoring my faith in dealerships, very happy to join the Ford fam!

Derek and Alex went above and beyond. I tried other Ford dealerships but I just had a good feeling about work with them so we stuck with Jarrett Scott and I’m so glad we did! They got us an amazing deal on our care and even better they treated us like people. I’m over the moon in love with my car and super grateful to the sales and finance teams. Oh also with the extra Ford Pass point I received I was able to get all weather mats in my edge for free I just called down to the parts and service center they ordered them and I had them the next day ready and installed. I really won’t be going anywhere else to buy a car.

I purchased a vehicle and James Alton was my sales representative today. He was extremely knowledgeable of the processes, forth coming with everything, and has an honest and caring outward attitude. He answered all my questions and even delivered the vehicle to my home. The process only took three or four hours. I would recommend James to all my friends and family. I love this Ford, everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable about all the vehicles, then really make you feel like the are going the extra mile for you to get the best deal! This is our 2nd vehicle from this Ford n our guy Dell really does great every time
