Took care of a lease buyout in less than 1hr from a vehicle we leased from another dealership that took 6hrs to lease, even though we had the exact stock # of the vehicle we wanted! We called the previous dealer 4x with no response. They made almost nothing off this transaction (and didn't have to do this), but Gordy and Mike could not have been more pleasant and professional. Picking out an extended warranty was exemplary with zero pressure. Best car buying experience ever!

Wow! What a great experience. I'm from Atlanta and flew down to Tampa to pick up the car I found online from Jarrett Scott Ford. The staff was amazing. James A. picked me up from the airport which he didn't have to do, but I appreciated it very much. Ask for him specifically when you get there. Dude will definitely take care of you! When we got to the dealership they were very accommodating and Kirk F. had all the paperwork ready to go. I was in and out with no hassle and no BS + the car is amazing and everything they promised.

Beverly went above and beyond to fix my 2021 Ford Escapes audio problem. It took a while due to internet connection to update my system, but she got it fixed. Thank you so much for your prompt service and friendly staff. I plan on coming back again!

Friendly informative and not the pushy sales type. Always available or quick to call back while I waited for my Bronco to work its way through the queue.

Everyone was great! I communicated with Tom for the majority of the purchase process. He was friendly and professional. The finance manager was also fantastic. My vehicle had just been a total loss and he made sure to still give me the best price possible.

We really had a fantastic time experience buying from Jarrett Scott Ford. Dell took a lot of time to teach us how to use the soft top roof on our new bronco. When we bought our super duty from Walker Ford, the salesman knew nothing about trucks- it was kind of embarrassing. Such a huge difference. Even the financing with Kirk went so much quicker and more smoothly than my super duty purchase. We didn’t feel like we were being pushed to buy anything we didn’t need. I have nothing but good things to say about this experience.

Best experience purchasing a vehicle and we have bought plenty! Mike and Kirk were extremely helpful and personable. In the whole dealership we felt like we were in the presence of friends. Nothing ever felt pushy or that we were going to have this huge back and forth like you do at other dealerships. I brought my 2014 Toyota Venza in for an estimate on body work on Monday, February 21, 2022. He understood that I had been under a great deal of stress due to my husband having been hospitalized for almost 2 months with complete kidney failure and he was compassionate, kind and very patient with me.
